What disrupts your day?

My day is filled with intentional disruption.

I wake up and work out before 6 am.
I take cold and hot showers.
I tackle the hard tasks first.
I do the easy stuff LAST.

This is how I optimize my ability to focus. It sounds crazy, but it works for me.
