V dnešním videu přeje AMU Ivo Mathé, rektor AMU z let 2005-2013, mediální producent, scenárista, manažer, absolvent a dlouholetý pedagog Katedry produkce FAMU. Filmovou fakultu začal studovat v roce 1968 a již během svého studia pracoval jako asistent produkce v televizi. Produkoval úspěšný seriál Nemocnice na kraji města. Následně na téměř třicet let usedl do funkce vedoucího československé televize, kde poté pracoval jako šéfproducent uměleckých pořadů. V roce 1992 se stal historicky prvním generálním ředitelem České televize a zároveň s tím působil také ve funkci viceprezidenta Evropské vysílací unie. Mezi lety 1999-2003 byl vedoucím Kanceláře prezidenta české republiky Václava Havla a členem správních rad ČVUT i AMU.
Today’s video wishing for AMU comes from Ivo Mathé, the Rector of AMU in 2005–2013, media producer, scriptwriter, manager, and a graduate and a long-time teacher of FAMU’s Department of Production. He started his studies at the Film and TV School in 1968 and went on to work as an assistant producer in TV while still a student. He produced the successful TV show Hospital at the End of the City. Then he worked as the chief producer of Czechoslovak TV for almost thirty years. In 1992 he became the first ever CEO of Czech TV while acting as the Vice-President of the European Broadcasting Union. He was the Director of the Office of the President of the Czech Republic, Václav Havel, and a member of the management boards at CTU and AMU from 1999 to 2003.
